Steadham recognized for Job Well Done by hospital board
The Nacogdoches County Hospital District Board of Directors delighted an environmental assistant recently by acknowledging her work ethic and attitude, awarding her with a Job Well Done plaque at the June board meeting.
Lisia Steadham has been with Nacogdoches Memorial Hospital for almost five years and plays a valuable role in our environmental services department. She is responsible for the cleaning of the outside doctors’ offices, clinics and other offices. She begins her evening shift by starting with the Elliott Building cleaning the administrative offices, the Nacogdoches Memorial Professional Group offices and various doctors’ offices. She makes her way to the Care First Clinic daily to ensure they have been cleaned and sanitized for the next morning. She has also filled in where needed, cleaning patient rooms and hospital offices when necessary.
“Lisia is dependable and performs her job with pride,” said Michelle McCollum, plant operations director. “She is always there to do whatever is needed with a good attitude and a happy spirit. Lisia is not only an asset to Nacogdoches Memorial Hospital but is very valuable to our environmental services staff.”
Thanks for your hard work, dedication and great attitude, Lisia. It has definitely been noticed and appreciated.
