Located in the center of the communities we serve, Care First Primary, with medical provider, Michelle Key, FNP, PMHNP  supplies a full range of medical services for your entire family. We excel in comprehensive family care for children and adults from well-care checkups to chronic disease management for all ages. Michelle also brings with her knowledge, specialized treatment of ADHD, Anxiety, Depression and Mental Health.

A qualified and dedicated care team staffs Nacogdoches Memorial Health’s Care First Clinic.

In the Care First Primary medical office, we take quality and compassionate care of patients of all ages starting at birth.

Translation services are available for all patients.

Payment
Care First Primary accepts several forms of payment. Most private insurance, most major credit cards, cash and personal checks are accepted, as well as Medicaid and Medicare. Some public assistance payment programs may even be available through Nacogdoches Memorial Hospital.
